At Daily Drip, we work hard to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process and timelines.

Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. During this time, we're carefully preparing your items, checking quality, and packaging everything securely for its journey to you.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times by Country

Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on your location:

United States: 2-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Australia: 10-30 business days
Singapore: 10-30 business days
New Zealand: 10-30 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and do not include the 1-3 day processing period. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. This allows you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs processing (for international orders), or high volume periods. These delays are outside our control, but we're always here to help track down your order if needed.

International Orders

For orders shipping outside the United States, please be aware that:

• Your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient
• Customs processing times vary by country and are not included in our estimated delivery times
• Some international shipments may require a signature upon delivery
